Our website is updated and the owners will get a new password to “log in” from Mileniun.
If you need help to cut your hedges, paintings, electricity work etc. you can order directly by filling in a form called “Repair request”.
First “log in” then click “For Owners” and there you will find the form. You will thereafter be contacted by the company with an offer for the requested work.
Our gardener, company VERDE, take good care of our garden and pool, and are doing a good job!
However, due to the Covid-19 situation, most of us are not allowed to come to Spain for a while and do necessary maintenance.
Therefore, some of the owners which have hedges that must be cut will receive an email from MILENIUN with information.
Company Verde has been asked if they can do the necessary trimming of the overgrown hedges administrated through MILENIUN.

Welcome to ZENIA GOLF II – a beautiful and well-organized Community in La Zenia. Here you will find an introduction of the the location, rules, news and general information.
The Urbanization ZENIA GOLF II is located on the Costa Blanca coast – around 500 m from the coastline and around 6 km south of Torrevieja. The most popular beaches are: Playa Cala Bosque, Playa Cala Cerrada, Playa Cala Capitan and Playa Cabo Roig. La Zenia is a growing area, close to all amenities and the famous Zenia Boulevard shopping centre. A few minutes from the N-332 and highway of the Mediterranean AP-7.
The Community consists of 76 townhouses and was designed by one of the most famous architects in Spain. The first properties was completed in 1998 and the rest in 2000. Inside there is a big swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden with grass, flowers, trees and palms.
We are happy to inform that new gates are installed in Calle Unamuno!
It has been necessary to inspect and repair the pool. We can already look forward to next season!
